How Do I Register to Use the eStore?
In order to register to use the eStore, providing you have a valid MK Battery account number, simply click on the link located under the LOGIN button on the Sign In page. This link will navigate to the MK BATTERY eStore Registration & User Agreement form. Complete the form and select SUBMIT. Your password will then be activated within one business day at which time you will receive an email notification. If you do not have a valid MK Battery account number, click on APPLY FOR COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT HERE on the Sign In page and you will be directed to complete an MK BATTERY COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT APPLICATION form. Once your application has been processed and an account number has been assigned, you will then be eligible to register to use the eStore. Please note that MK Battery markets to dealers, distributors and businesses only. If you are a consumer, please call us at 1-800-372-9253 and we will be happy to direct you to the nearest outlet for our products.
How Do I Place an Order on the eStore?
Once you sign into the eStore, select the SEARCH tab at the top of the page. From there, you can either choose a product category and then find the product you are seeking, or simply enter a part number into the SEARCH field. You may also enter a partial part number in which case the search will yield a result listing all items containing the partial part number you indicated. After finding the item you wish to order, select Add To Cart to begin the order process. That will take you to the Shopping Cart screen where you can enter the quantity you wish to purchase. Once you have entered all items into your Shopping Cart, you may select CHECKOUT. Next, you choose a Ship To address. If you need to edit any of the existing addresses, please call Customer Service at 800-372-9253 for assistance or click the HERE link to create new address. Next, you will select your Bill To address after which you will move to the Ship & Pay page. There, you will select your Shipping and Payment method. Please note that all shipping charges are estimates only. Actual charges will be calculated at time of invoice. After selecting your Shipping and Payment method, click CONTINUE to go to the Order Preview screen. There, you can review your order for accuracy, enter your name and email address and then select PLACE ORDER to complete the ordering process. You will receive an email confirmation of your order within minutes.
How Do I Track My Orders in eStore?
To track your orders, simply log into your account and select the Your Account tab at the top of the page. From there, you can search your entire order history by selecting a specific time period. Once you locate the order in question, select DETAILS. Your order will appear on the screen and, if it has been shipped or delivered, you will see a Ship Date directly under the Order Number located at the upper left-hand part of the page. Below that, if there has been a Tracking Number assigned to your shipment, you will see Tracking Number. Click on Tracking Number to access the Tracking Number. You can then navigate directly to the carrier's system to ascertain the status of your shipment.
